Child and Youth immunization

• More appointments are added frequently. Please check back as dates become available.
• Please book one appointment slot for each child that will be attending the clinic and ensure that they are not at the same time.
• Ensure your child wears clothing that makes their arms easily accessible for immunization.
• For those children requiring more time for their appointment (ex. anxiety around vaccines), please book your child for two 10 minute sequential appointments and note the reason when booking the appointment..
• The (pediatric) Covid-19 vaccine will be offered to all children that are eligible.

NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU BOOK YOUR CHILD’S APPOINTMENT UNDER THEIR NAME AND PLEASE PROVIDE THEIR DATE OF BIRTH.
