CHILDREN’S IMMUNIZATIONS: 2 months - 19 yrs.:

1. It is important that you book your child’s appointment under their legal name and date of birth
2. Nervous child?: Vaccination Tips
3. More than one child? Please book one appointment slot for each child attending the clinic and ensure they are not at the same time (book one after the other).
4. Please arrive on time or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Nurses require the entire appointment to provide service.

ADULT IMMUNIZATION:

• Adult immunization appointments are reserved for complex immunization needs (ex. post-transplant), university students requiring immunizations and validating records, Tuberculin (TB) Skin Tests and Select Populations(ex. clients new to Canada) . *If you require immunization for general updates (ie. Tetanus, Flu, MMR, COVID), work or travel, please contact a local pharmacy for an appointment.

• TB skin tests require you to return two days after initial appointment to receive the results of your test
• A $40 fee may be applied (ex. for school or work). Debit/credit/cash accepted.
• Mpox and other publicly funded vaccines
